Rudolf Returns to Seoul   (2 Sept 2014)
The Korean production of Rudolf returns to Seoul this fall. The show will be presented by EMK Musical Company at the D-Cube Arts Center, opening on 11 October 2014 and running through 4 January 2015. The cast will be led by Ahn Jaewook, Im Taekyung and Tim as Rudolf; Choi Hyunju, Kim Bokyung and An Siha as Mary Vetsera; Choi Minchul and Kim Seongmin as Taaffe; Park Cheolho and Kim Dukhwan as Franz Joseph; Kil Songwon and Lee Eunyul as Marie Larisch; and Jun Sumi as Stephanie. The staging is directed by Robert Johanson. Further details are available on the Korean production website.

New Recordings of "Gold" and "Only Love"   (16 Aug 2014)
Oak Joo-Hyun, who starred in the Korean premiere production of Rudolf as Mary Vetsera, is releasing a recording of Frank Wildhorn's music entitled "Gold". The album will include "Gold" from Camille Claudel (sung in Korean) and "Only Love" from Rudolf (sung in English), along with eight other selections. The album is expected out on September 3rd, and can be pre-ordered at YesAsia.

Selections from Korean Rudolf Now Available   (23 Feb 2014)
A highlights recording is now available from the original Korean production of Rudolf. Oak Joo-hyun as Mary and Im Tae-kyung as Rudolf perform ten selections from the show, in Korean. These include "Only Love", "An Ordinary Man", "I Was Born To Love You" and "The Steps of Tomorrow". You can also see Oak Joo-hyun perform "Only Love" in this video. The recording comes with a seventy page booklet which includes photos. It is avalable from Sound of Music and YesAsia. A Japanese-language version of the recording (with the same singers and song selections) is also available from YesAsia.

Lyrics From Camille Claudel Added To Site   (2 Feb 2014)
We are pleased to present two of the lyrics from Camille Claudel, as they were performed at the NAMT Festival of New Musicals in October 2004. The songs "In The Stone" and "A Trembling Man" are now posted on the new lyrics page. You can also read Nan's comments about "A Trembling Man" in this Q&A from 2007.
